About Us

Katy Aquatics, founded in 1986, has developed a state and national reputation for a first-class, year round swim program.  Katy Aquatics offers a guided age-group youth program for children age five and up, from the beginning swimmer to the most competitive and skilled swimmer.

When a young person becomes a member of Katy Aquatics he/she learns the values of sportsmanship and teamwork. The sport of swimming and the philosophy of Katy Aquatics provides physical, emotional and intellectual skills that will last a lifetime.

Katy Aquatics Team for Youth (KATY) is located west of Houston, TX, in the rapidly growing Katy area.   The team is comprised of over almost 500 swimmers in competitive, and pre-competitive, groups.

KATY is a not-for-profit, 501-c3 swimming club, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected to rotating three-year terms.
